Not gaming chairs It will help you to play games better, because the manufacturers trust you. They usually mimic a racing seat aesthetic and often come with more adjustment options than your standard, inexpensive office fee chair. But there is one A lot There are chairs like this, and not every company gives much thought to comfort or durability.
That’s where SecretLab is. It was founded in 2014 by former sports players Elerick Chu and Ian Aung, and the company is quickly using good materials and providing the right warranty (three years, but it is extended to 50 or five years. Social media post). Its new Titan Evo 2022 Series gaming chair is more refined than ever with improved support and better durability.
Changes under the seat
I had no problem assembling Evo. The finished product features Secretlab logos, carbon fiber effect panels and an angular design with gold tea on the backrest with a red stitching set in front of black polyurethane leather (PU). It’s obviously a gaming chair, but it doesn’t grind like a lot of people out there. There are a wide range of other color schemes and finishes, which is more attractive than your average office fee chair.
The first thing I noticed after hopping on the seat is the firmness of the cold cure foam. This type of foam retains its shape for a long time. He used to fight at first, but he is very supportive and has proved to be comfortable for hours of continuous sitting.
SecretLab says the Titan Evo 2022 has been in development for two years. If you’ve seen its predecessor, you’ll be amazed at what the two years felt like because it looks so similar. But the improvements are all under the seat cushion. First, it now comes in more obvious sizing options: small, regular and XL.
The company is also all-in-one on magnets – memory foam pillows, chopped padded armrests, and panels that hide side bolts are all magnetic, so you can easily take it or flop them. The magnetic pillow is my favorite part of this chair. It’s fun and removes with ugly straps on the back. It does not easily get out of position, and the layer inside the cold gel is very welcome on a hot day.
The idea of switched magnetic armrests seemed more eccentric. The set that comes with the chair is absolutely nice, and I wondered if anyone would switch them on. But SecretLab sent me some technogel armrests to try, and … I got it now. They are amazing. Not only is it incredibly soft and supportive, but it also has a cooling effect on the gel. They will be an optional upgrade soon, but there is no word yet on pricing.
Most importantly, the Titan Evo offers more adjustment. Having more ways to adjust the chair means that you can make it fit your body more precisely, helping you to sit more comfortably and organically.
Dial left and right Adjust the height and curvature of the lumbar support to suit your spine. This enhanced lumbar support is the biggest improvement over previous Secretlab chairs and promotes good posture. The lower lever of the Titan Evo adjusts the height and applies a tilted lock, and there is a joint lever on the right. I appreciate the wide range of reincarnations, but if you lean back as you pull the lever, it can stick and then suddenly rattle in an unpleasant way. The armrests are also fully adjustable. You can adjust them back and forth, side-by-side, height and change angles.
